After teaching for the first year at the Sino French center in Paris during the 1997 season, it was in 1998 that Christophe SOULIE and Jean-Yves PERNOT decided to continue teaching through the creation of the sports association in Saint Maur. . At that time, she offered courses in Kali Eskrima, Jeet Kune Do and self-defense; these are at least the disciplines that will be taught there during the first two years.
In 2000, teaching will relate only to the martial arts of South East Asia, particularly the Filipino and Indonesian martial arts. In 2004, Jean-yves PERNOT decides to devote himself solely to Pencak Silat Serak, which he will always teach in Saint Maur within the AF AMSEA.
Another club, based in Paris, and still under the direction of Christophe SOULIE will be opened in 2010, then another in Montgeron in 2012, under the direction of Stéphane POURRE, which then brings to three the clubs representing AF AMSEA. In 2017, the Montgeron section naturally gave way to the Panuntukan France Association group, led by Stéphane POURRE who then devoted himself to his own organization. The same year, Jean-yves PERNOT moved to Vincennes, assisted by Christophe HALLUIN, to teach Serak there.
Finally, in 2018 -2019, AF AMSEA leaves Saint Maur to devote itself only to its Parisian room directed by Christophe SOULIE and Julien PAGNOUX. The Kali will however remain present in Saint Maur since Jean-Michel DIF then creates his own association there.
During all these years, and until today, the academy will welcome in its organization several instructors, among others Richard MUGICA from 2005 to 2008, will train others; jean-Michel DIF from 2011 to 2018, all collaborating in the development of AMSEA, whether in association or federal life.
